bg77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bg77 will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

bg77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bg77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bg77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the bg77 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bg77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and KYC verification providers as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply after your account is closed, including but not limited to clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bg77 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
